Skeleton: palpation skills to enhance touch corrections

Introduction to Yoga for the Very Beginner


A 4-week series to initiate you to the benefits and beauty of the yoga practice.

Yoga: The Body

A three part anatomy series

An analytic and hands-on class designed to enable students to deepen their individual
yoga practice through the understanding of ones own anatomy.

Part one focuses on the skeleton and how our joints move,
with special attention to the shoulder and pelvis
Part two addresses the muscular system and how we create movement.
Part three delves into the breath, nerves and energetic body.
